Hi Michael!
I love your paintings, and specially how you can make attractive so different themes which shouldn't "fit" well in an oil picture (vans, cars...).

It is always a pleasure to see in my blog's list that you have an update!

Hi Tayete, thanks for checking my stuff out! There should be plenty more paintings now that the weather is nice.

The edge of the building directly behind the nape of the horses neck is sublime!

These are all really strong pieces. The rail cars is my favorite of this group. Are these all plein air?

Michael Pieczonka said...

Thanks Steve, I'll give ya that piece for sentimental value if your condo ever gets built!! :D

Hi Bill, Thanks! Yeah everything on my page is pretty much plein air unless specified (the occasional figuritave posts aren't of course, but still done from life nonetheless). I will do minor tweaks and such to most pieces once I get them back home, but nothing drastic.

Mike

The Colborne lodge painting....very nice. I've stood in that exact spot many a time.

About 3 blocks from my house.

I hope you are well Mike.
